ARSENAL SCOTLAND BANNER

TICKET PROCEDURES

General

Requests for match tickets may only be made by paid up members of Arsenal Scotland.

    • To request tickets you will first have to apply and be accepted as an Arsenal Scotland member, whereupon instructions on how to place your ticket requests will be given to you with your membership card(s).

Please note that Arsenal FC and the FA can carry out random spot checks of names on tickets and even on the batches of tickets collected at away ground collection points.

When to apply

Ticket requests must now be made no earlier than FOUR weeks  and no later than THREE weeks prior to the fixture date.

So you have a one week window to sort out your time off work, holiday plans, birthday parties and weddings.

    • This is to help us focus on the serious requests rather than those placed pre-season then withdrawn when the actual fixture comes up.

For cup ties you have only three days after the cup draw. That means if the draw is on a Friday for example you can check with your boss on the Monday.

How to apply: Name & Squad Number

All Arsenal Scotland members are provided with information on how to place ticket requests when allocated their membership card(s).

You must give the name and squad number for each person for whom tickets are requested.

We may need to declare the names of our members and so all ticket holders must carry both their ASSC membership card and their own form of ID to the game.

Our ticket operation is designed for ASSC Members who must also check that their membership is up to date before a request is placed.

    • More games may be subjected to ballot draws.
    • Guests are only by special arrangement.

Payment

Payment is by Bank Transfer and is required within 5 days of a successful request; payment must be confirmed by screenshot.

Tickets are NOT transferable. With names on them we cannot resell them.  So if you make a request and your request is accepted, at that point you are committed and will be asked to pay.

Be aware that SKY, BT etc will (and do!) force change to dates/times of matches, so do keep checking.  If the game is rescheduled and therefore you cannot go, we will do our best to refund your ticket only. But this is not guaranteed. However, any costs of transport and hotels are your own concern.

All travel bookings made at the applicant’s risk. That applies to every game.

Covid and Matchday Protocols

It is your own responsibility to comply with the Premier League matchday protocols for the 2021-22 season. These state that fans “must be prepared to prove” they are fully vaccinated or have had a negative Covid-19 test in the previous 48 hours.

•        Only attend a match if you have a valid NHS COVID Pass or can show alternative proof that you have been fully vaccinated or have registered a negative COVID test result in the previous 48 hours, as close to matchday as possible.

•        Be ready with your valid NHS COVID pass, which should be downloaded via the NHS app in advance as the approval process may take several days

•        Expect staff to check COVID certification on entry

•        If you do not comply with the guidance, you may be refused entry or asked to leave the stadium

•        Do not attend a match if you are unwell or risk of transmitting COVID-19.

•        Follow good public health behaviours – wash your hands, take regular COVID-19 tests.

•        Follow the Supporter Code of Conduct.

All clubs, Home and Away, will be conducting spot checks and have the authority to refuse entry (this will be at each club’s discretion).
